Shipping & Delivery Information
At Sabai Home, we take great care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep. We offer worldwide shipping with multiple delivery options to suit your needs.
Processing Time
All of our basins are made to order. Each one is carefully handcrafted, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship with attention to detail. As such, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days for us to prepare your basin before it is ready for shipping.
For products like mugs, soaps and kitchenware, which may have limited quantities, we aim to process and ship them within 2-3 business days, depending on availability.
If your order contains a mix of made-to-order and in-stock products, we will ship everything together once all items are ready. If you prefer separate shipments, please let us know, and we will gladly accommodate your request.
NB: For custom and personalized items, please allow about 2 weeks for production before shipping.
Once your order is ready, it will be securely packaged and dispatched.
Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods:
✅ Thailand Post e-Packet / Parcel Air:
- Estimated delivery time: 2 weeks
- Includes a tracking number for updates on your shipment.
Note: The estimated delivery time is not 100% accurate and may vary due to customs processing or local postal delays. This estimate does not account for weekends or public holidays.
✅ EMS (Express Mail Service) – Fastest Option:
- Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days
- Comes with full tracking for a faster, more reliable shipping experience.
Note: As with e-Packet/AirParcel, EMS delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weekends, and other factors outside our control.
Public Holidays in Thailand
Please note that Thailand observes certain public holidays when businesses are closed, which may affect processing and shipping times. These include:
- New Year’s Day – January 1
- Songkran (Thai New Year) – April 13-15
- King’s Birthday – December 5
- Buddhist Holidays (such as Asalha Puja Day and End of Buddhist Lent)
- Additional public holidays and government closures may occur throughout the year.
During these holidays, our artisans and shipping partners may be on break, which could cause delays in processing and shipment.
Packaging & Handling
- Every order is carefully wrapped and cushioned to prevent damage during transit.
- Breakable items, such as ceramic sinks, are double-boxed for extra protection.
International Shipping & Customs
- We ship worldwide! If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us to calculate shipping costs.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which vary by country. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your package directly on the Thailand Post website or your local postal carrier’s site.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your package is delayed beyond the estimated time, please check your tracking number and contact your local post office.
- If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
